Yes. Please message us on our fb page the order numbers you would like to combine your shipment with.

No. We don't have the facility to accept cash on delivery. We do accept cash on pick up, only at our pick up center in Camanjac.

Yes, we automatically consolidate open orders for our customers, but please let us know your order numbers or when you would like to finalise all your orders.

Your items aren't reserved until you checkout your order. We encourage our customers to checkout your items consistently to make sure you reserve them, and sign up as a site member so you don't have to type in your details every time you check out.

Most of our customers also have fast fingers so be quick!

No, you can complete checkout without payment. We only accept offline payments like bank transfer and gcash so you can pay when you're ready to finalise and consolidate all your orders.

We ship every Monday with an order cut off at 5pm the Sunday prior. Delivery times vary depending on location and available courier but it takes an average of 5-7 days for the items to be delivered to you. If you haven't received your order within the timeframe please let us know by sending us a message on our Facebook page. Please read our full shipping information here.

We will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the items are returned in their original packaging and condition within 7 days of purchase. No refund will be made for items that have been opened, used or returned damaged.
